The Big Red Fleet Company prides itself on the quality and ongoing development of it’s trainers.

When delivering training on behalf of a client we recognise the importance of supplying highly trained, motivated staff and as an absolute minimum insist on each trainer to be a DSA Fleet Registered Instructor.

There are currently around 40,000 Driving Instructors and less than 2000 nationwide with the Fleet Registration. Working alongside DIAmond we run a direct Fleet accreditation course

This qualification involves an assessment of their presentation skills, driving skills, knowledge and coaching skills. Additionally, our programme of CPD enables each to develop particular skills to a very high level. As a result we can offer an exceptionally wide range of specialist skills on a nationwide basis.
